Our Pastor brought us a very good message on Wednesday evening (Feb 3 2010) to which I give a hearty amen. My question would be to each of us, are we in or are we out? A question only each one can answer individually. You are either in or you are out, either you know Him or you don’t. There is no half way. He wants ALL! Those who don’t know Him, I would tell you to “taste and see that the Lord is good.” (Psalm 34:8) it will be one of the greatest decisions you will ever make in your whole life.
Or maybe you are one of those who know Him but are just floundering around, going nowhere. Maybe you are like Peter who took his eyes off of Jesus and when doing so began to sink and are sinking deeper and deeper, feeling there is no way back. Well let me tell you there is a way back. Get your focus back on Jesus and let Him change you. He will reach out His hand to you just like He did Peter. He reached out to Peter and kept him from sinking. All you have to do is grab hold. Jesus is the only answer for all our needs.
John 6:37 says; “He that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.”
Psalms 55:22 “Cast thy burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee.”
Sunday’s message on February 7th confirmed this to me.
What is holding you back? Just let go and let God do His work in you so you can hear His voice. Just what is it going to take for us to listen and hear God? Maybe you are listening but not willing. What a shame, you are missing out on the best there is …JESUS, who gives us life. He gave His ALL for you; why not give your ALL to Him!

New Year's Prayer
A New Year's Prayer
Come, Holy Spirit, Spirit of the Risen Christ, be with us
today and always. Be our Light, our Guide, and our Comforter.
Be our Strength, our Courage, and our Sanctifier. May this
New Year be a time of deep spiritual growth for us, a time of
welcoming your graces and gifts, a time for forgiving freely and
unconditionally, a time for growing in virtue and goodness.
Come, Holy Spirit, Be with us today and always. God's Love,
Peace, Hope and Joy to you for the year ahead.
May God make your year and happy one!

The Family Prayer
Come and fill our homes with Your Presence:
You alone are worthy for our reverence.
Lord we vow to live holy, Bowing our knees to You only.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
Staying together, praying together, any storm we can weather,
trusting in God's Word. We need each other, fathers and
mothers, sisters and brothers, in harmony and love.

Mother's Day
"HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY"
"Happy Mother's Day" means more than have a happy day.
Within those words lie lots of things; We never get to say.
It means I love you first of all. Then thanks for all you do.
It means you mean a lot to me, and that I honor you.
But most of all, I guess it means, that I am thinking of
Your happiness of this, your day. With pleasure and with love.

THE BEAUTY OF THE ROSE
How beautiful when in bloom.
Life a Christian blooming with the
Love Of Jesus.
A Symbol of Love.
How true of the Christian life when in full bloom.
When in full bloom.
"Love" will blossom forth.
It's fragrance and its beauty will touch lives,
As the symbol of the rose touches those,
To whom it's given.
In the giving of the Rose, the giver is saying:
"I LOVE YOU"
Jesus is the "Rose of Sharon"
May the beautiful "Bloom" of the "Rose of Love"
Bloom and blossom forth in our lives.
To bring forth a Beautiful Fragrance.
May our lives display only
"The Beauty like the Rose"
Life a Christian blooming with the
Love Of Jesus.

A NEW YEAR APPROACHES
Thinking back thru the months, won't be long now,
another New Year will be upon us
A time when again a lot of people will look back,
some with joy, some with regret.
What has you year been like?
What have you accomplished?
How have you grown?
How can you improve?
What does your life reflect?
Has it been a year of victories won?
Or, has it been one lived in defeat?
Has it been joy and blessing and fruitfulness?
Or, has it been a wasted year?
Take time: STOP AND THINK.
What could you have done that you didn't do?
Maybe time to make a new commitment to
be better in the coming year.
To be more fruitful in God's work,
More committed, more dedicated,
More what He wants us to be.
To live each day he gives
As if it were our last.
Make your life count and be worthwhile for Jesus.
He gave us "Abundant Life"
Live it in Service to Him.
Make everyday worthwhile for Jesus.
Make it count.
Christ will help you - you are not alone.
As you begin the New Year; begin it
A NEW WITH JESUS, and the Fullness of the Spirit.

What Christmas Means To Me
What Christmas Means To Me
To some it means:
Christmas trees, Presents,
A time to get together, All kinds of goodies;
To some it means:
Having a good time, Celebrating and getting drunk;
To some hunger; To others just another day.
What It means to Me:
It means Love, God's Love.
He gave the best, He gave His Son.
To me it means - Salvation
Jesus came to give life, To suffer and to die,
To love and forgive.
To me He is not just a babe in a manger,
He is the Lord of my life, He is my Savior.
To me Christmas means:
A New Life - A New Hope - Peace, Joy, Happiness;
A time of love, a time of giving,
A time of anticipation, looking for Jesus to return.
To me Christmas means; Living
Because He came I'll tell me Savior's Story
His love so true, He gave his all for you, (for me)
I found a friend and life began a new.
I found a friend and He is your friend, too.
Is Christ in your future?
What does Christmas mean to you? John 3:16
